Preserving Wild Rose Hips with Sarah Watson of Wild Feast Sunday 11th November 10 am - 3 pm


Join us to forage for wild Rose Hips and use them to make preserves. You will get tips on identifying these useful fruits , and how to tell them apart from less edible imposters. Examples of what we might make include Rose Hip syrup, Rose Hip ketchup, or an Autumnal Rose Hip liquor. Price Includes refreshments, two preserves to take home, and printed recipe sheets.
